Download and find your prepared files

Find the saved result first

After preparation finishes, Studio selects a new prepared version. Check that version before adding it to your order. You can return through Recent designs, and a successfully published ProFile also appears in My Designs under the owning account.

A preview is for checking the artwork. It is not the canonical printable file. Saving a screenshot or a thumbnail does not preserve the prepared version or its reusable identity.

1. Sign into the same account used for preparation.
2. Open My Designs and find the intended design. Check its preview and ProFile marker.
3. For a protected file, choose Download .ams. In grid view the action appears on the design card; list view also offers it for entries with a protected file.
4. Check your browser download list and configured download folder. Some design titles save without a filename extension. Keep or add the .ams suffix to label this protected file, with a name that helps you recognize the version. Adding a suffix does not convert its format or create a customer import flow.
5. For another AMS order, select the saved design and choose Create Gang Sheet rather than substituting a screenshot or ordinary reupload.

Know which kind of file you are getting

The current selected-version Studio view does not provide a normal PNG Download action. Its Order to Download preview message is not a button for downloading the selected PNG. Download .ams in My Designs does not replace or convert into a normal PNG download.

If your task requires a normal image file outside the AMS workflow, ask support about delivery for that specific design or order. Do not rename .ams to .png, use a screen capture as the original, or prepare the design again solely to obtain a different download format.

If a download fails or the file is missing

1. Confirm you are signed into the owning account and have opened the intended saved design.
2. Reopen My Designs and request Download .ams again through the current page, rather than reusing an old delivery link.
3. Check browser download messages. If the file downloaded but does not open in a normal image viewer, check whether it is .ams; that format is protected artwork.
4. If the result is absent, check whether preparation is still processing before submitting anything new.
5. If a fresh authenticated download still fails, send support the design/version or order identifier, the download action, visible error or status, browser, and approximate time with time zone.
