Orders and delivery

Understand timing, pickup, and delivery

Check production timing and the delivery choices offered for your actual order.

Read as Markdown ↗

You will: Avoid confusing production speed with the date your items will arrive.

What you need

  • Your product type and artwork status.
  • The date you need the finished items.
  • The delivery address or intended pickup method.

There are two parts to the timeline

A fast production choice is not a promise of same-day arrival. DTF, UV, plastisol, and finished apparel can have different production requirements.

Read the current timing and eligibility shown for the selected product and checkout. If a deadline is essential, confirm the whole plan with AMS before ordering.

  1. Artwork and production

The file is reviewed or approved as required, then the items are made.

  2. Pickup or transport

Ready items are collected, shipped, or delivered through the selected method.

  3. Your project

Leave time to inspect items and, for transfers, do a sample and apply the full run.

Why did the ready date change?

The date can depend on everything in the cart: product type, garments, decoration, artwork approval, quantity, turnaround, and delivery. A finished shirt can need steps that a transfer-only job does not.

Before paying, check each item and the latest date after changing the cart. Make sure every item belongs there. A transfer option described as same-day does not promise same-day finished shirts.

After paying, check the order status and any artwork request. Ask AMS with the order number and the date you need it if the new information does not fit your project. Do not pay for the same job again to change its date.

Use the choices offered for this order

ChoiceWhat to check
ShippingFull address, shipping service, total, and carrier delivery information
Local pickupWhether the order is eligible and where and when the ready notice says to collect
Locker pickupThe ready message, facility address, locker number, and access code
AMS Direct courier, when offeredAddress eligibility, current delivery choice, and price

Wait for the ready notice before collecting

  1. Check that the order is ready

A receipt or payment confirmation is not a pickup-ready notice.

  2. Follow that order’s pickup instructions

For eligible locker pickup orders, the ready message supplies the address, locker number, and access code. Keep the code private.

  3. Ask AMS if the notice or access is missing

Have the order number ready. Do not use another customer’s locker or assume an old code applies to a new order.

Plan backward from the date you need it

Tell AMS the actual need-by date, item count, artwork status, and destination. “I need 40 finished shirts for Saturday morning” is more useful than “I need them fast.”

Deadline check

Check each item as you go. This checklist resets when you leave the page.

0 of 4 checked. Work through the remaining items before continuing.

Wrong address or delivery choice?

Before paying, fix the address and recheck the delivery option and total. After payment, contact AMS with the order number and exact correction.

AMS needs to check the order and shipment state. Do not assume an address edit elsewhere changes an existing order or that a shipment can always be redirected.

Order is late, missing, or not marked ready

Check for an artwork question or approval request, then check the order details or shipment tracking. For pickup, look for the ready notice.

Send AMS the order number, needed date, selected fulfillment method, and last status you can see. Keep screenshots free of passwords, access codes, and payment information.
