Ordering with AMS

Continue an order conversation with Amy

Choose an available channel, prepare your next message, and recover a conversation without starting the order again.

Read as Markdown ↗

You will: Know where to reply, what to include, and when AMS needs to verify access.

What you need

  • Your existing Amy conversation, if you have one.
  • The product, artwork, quantities, and next decision you know so far. Unknown details are okay.
Give this task to my agent

Make a short brief for the assistant you use. Add your choices, check the brief, then copy it. Your answers stay in this browser.

Use a private conversation for order details. Leave out passwords, card details, locker codes, and private access links.

Your situationWhat to do
Amy has already emailed youReply in that same thread so the existing conversation stays together. Email access is limited.
You are working onlineKeep your existing workspace open. Follow any verification or continuation link Amy provides for that project.
You want to text AmyTexting is coming to Amy. Join the Amy waitlist for early access, or use AMS help for a project you need help with today.

Send the next useful message

  1. Say what you want to receive

For example, printed shirts or loose transfers you will press yourself. Include garment color and sizes if you know them.

  2. Keep the current context

Reply to the existing email or use the existing workspace. Say which question or change you want to handle next. A new message from another address does not automatically connect private work.

  3. Add the details you know

Include quantities, print dimensions, artwork readiness, pickup or shipping preference, and the date you need the items. A requested date still needs confirmation.

Verify access before switching channels

Amy may ask you to sign in or verify your email before discussing an existing order or connecting protected work. A phone number, email address, or order reference alone does not grant access.

If AMS sends an email verification link, open it and choose Verify email. Keep private links in your own conversation. If a link has expired, request a new one. If the account or project looks wrong, ask AMS to check before continuing.

Texting consent and help

Amy texting is coming soon and is not open for general access. Joining the Amy waitlist does not activate texting or enroll you in SMS. When available, texting will provide conversational ordering assistance from AMS Transfers, operated by AMS Manufacturing & Printing LLC. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of the SMS program or HELP for help. Use the AMS help form if you need assistance today. Operational ordering assistance and promotional-message enrollment are separate.

Keep sensitive information out of your message

Do not send passwords, full card numbers, locker access codes, or private session links through public forms or shared channels. Use AMS’s secure payment and verification steps when requested.

The message worksheet on the channel pages prepares a draft in your browser. It does not send a message, upload files, save your work to Amy, or create an order. Copy only the details you intend to share.
