Choose the right kind of change
| Change | What to check |
|---|---|
| Print size | Width and height in inches, with the shape kept in proportion. |
| Quantity | How many individual prints of that design/size you need. |
| Placement on the sheet | Where a copy sits; this is different from a shirt front/back placement. |
| Artwork itself | Use the original or an offered artwork tool, then review the changed result. |
Change a design’s size or count
Find the design in the list
Check the name and thumbnail. A design can have more than one print-size version.
Edit the matching size and quantity
Open the size shown for that version and check W (width) and H (height). Keep the aspect ratio locked when you want the same shape. Finish the edit with Done. Change the copy quantity beside that size in the design list. Wait until the new size and total appear before rebuilding.
W is width. H is height. Keep the lock on to preserve the shape, finish with Done, and wait for the new size in the list. Check all versions
Changing one size version does not mean every other version should change. Compare the final counts with your print list.
Build and check again
Use Auto-Build on the canvas, or Auto-Nest where the quick-start guide shows it. Review all prints and warnings after changing sizes or counts.
Move or rotate a copy
On desktop, select a placed copy on the sheet before moving it. On mobile, use the selected-design controls shown by the builder. Rotate 90° changes its direction; it does not change the original artwork.
If a control offers one copy or all copies, read that choice before applying it. Recheck that no copies overlap or extend outside the sheet.
Undo a mistake
Use Undo to step back through available builder edits, or Redo to restore an undone edit. Check the size, count, and layout after each action.
Undo is not a paid-order cancellation. It also does not mean a paid AI action, credit purchase, or finished order was reversed. Keep the current tab open if you are unsure what changed.
Rename, replace, or remove artwork
Open the three-dot Actions menu for the design to find the available actions, such as Edit Image or Remove Design. Check the name and thumbnail before removing anything.
To change the actual art, use the offered edit/replacement path or add the correct original file. A prepared ProFile has different editing limits from an unprepared source. Review the changed artwork, dimensions, and copies before ordering.
Update the unpaid cart
If this sheet came from a cart, the button can say Update Cart. It can also turn green and ask Update Cart? after a change. Confirm that button, wait for the cart to open, then check its preview, dimensions, count, and price.
The old cart preview is not proof that your latest edit reached the cart. Keep the builder open if the update fails. Changes to an unpaid sheet do not update an order you already paid for.
What to do next
- Fit designs and fix sheet warnings Understand sheet width, spacing, rotation, and the warnings to check before ordering.
- Save, reopen, or recover a gang sheet Keep the current session safe and check what reached the cart before leaving.
- Recover a cart or checkout problem Check what saved before trying again, especially if you may already have paid.
