Ordering with AMS
Order printed shirts and other apparel
Choose the garments and artwork. AMS applies the design, so your items arrive printed.
Read as Markdown ↗You will: Build and check an order for printed apparel without needing your own heat press.
What you need
- Your artwork and permission to use it.
- A garment choice, colors, and a size list.
- The design size and placement for each print, such as front or back.

What you receive
Finished apparel means the design is already applied to the garment. With Press It For Me, AMS handles pressing, checking, and packing. A transfer-only order gives you the printed transfer to apply yourself.
| You handle | AMS handles |
|---|---|
| Choose garments, colors, sizes, and counts | Produce the selected printed apparel |
| Supply artwork and check each placement | Apply the approved design to the selected placement |
| Check the delivery choice and order details | Pack the finished items for the selected fulfillment method |
Make a size list first
Count people, then count shirts. Keep youth and adult sizes separate. Check the selected garment’s size chart rather than guessing from another brand.
| Example only | Size | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Adult black tee | Small | 2 |
| Adult black tee | Medium | 3 |
| Adult black tee | Large | 2 |
| Total | 7 shirts |
Follow the Quick Order path
Quick Order starts with your design, then asks for the garment, placements, colors, and sizes. Keep your size list beside you.
Open Start an order → Finished Apparel
Choose the finished-apparel path before adding products.
Start with what you want to receive: printed apparel or transfers you apply yourself. Choose Quick Order, then Upload Logo & See Preview
Upload your artwork and inspect the result. Use the original file where possible. Review any artwork-service choice and its price before selecting it.
Quick Order and Browse Full Catalog are separate ways to start a finished-apparel order. At Choose Your Order Type, select Buy Finished Apparel
Choose Continue with finished apparel. Buy Transfers Only is for prints you will apply yourself.
Choose Your Garment
Select a garment, then Continue with this garment. If Review extra lead time appears, read and confirm that choice before continuing.
Choose Placements
Select where the design goes, such as front or back, and check the artwork and print size for each location. A front design does not automatically add a back print. Choose Continue when the placements are right.
Choose Colors & Sizes
Use your size list to enter quantities for each color and size. Check youth and adult items separately. Review the total, then use Continue or Continue with the shown shirt count.
Review your setup and delivery
Check the garment, all placements, size totals, available turnaround, delivery choice, and full price. Choose Continue to Checkout when they are correct.
Review checkout before paying
Complete the required artwork and order checks. Inspect each proof or placement before approving it. Review the final delivery details and total, then pay only when the order is correct.
Want to browse products first?
From Finished Apparel, Browse Full Catalog opens the product catalog. Select a product and review its available decoration, color, size, and artwork choices.
Product pages can offer blank or decorated items. Check the selected mode and cart description before paying. If a product does not show the decoration or placement you need, ask AMS rather than buying a blank and assuming it will be printed.
Already working in the gang builder?
The gang-sheet path also offers Press It For Me. Add the sheet to the cart, choose Press It For Me, then choose garments and connect each design to its placement.
Check the finished-apparel review, not just the sheet layout. A correct sheet does not tell AMS which shirt or placement each print belongs on.
Can AMS print garments I already own?
Bring your own garments (BYOG) is available only for jobs of 250 units or more. Contact AMS before bringing or sending garments so staff can confirm the job and next steps.
Customers cannot use a heat press onsite. For fewer than 250 customer-supplied garments, do not assume AMS can press them. Ask about an AMS-supplied finished-apparel order, or order transfers to apply with your own equipment.
Need a change to AMS branding?
Changes to AMS branding on packaging, shipping materials, or garment tags are by special request. Tell AMS which of those you need changed before ordering. Staff must confirm what can be arranged for your job.
A request does not promise every package, shipping label, or garment tag can be changed. Do not assume the checkout includes a white-label service.
Understand the total
Garments, artwork or transfers, pressing or decoration, and delivery can all affect the total. More placements can add cost. Use the current item and checkout prices for your order.
A transfer-only price is not the price of a finished shirt. The transfer’s production timing also does not tell you when a finished-apparel order will be ready.
If the design needs a fix
If artwork review offers Print as Uploaded or File Fix, read the choice and its current price before selecting it. Print as Uploaded means you need to be satisfied with the uploaded result.
A File Fix choice may require a later final proof approval before production. Follow the instructions for that order. Do not assume paying means every artwork question has been approved.
Fix a problem before ordering
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Size or color is missing | Check another garment or ask AMS. Do not substitute without the wearer’s agreement. |
| Artwork looks blurry or has a box behind it | Stop and check the original file, final print size, and background. |
| A front or back print is missing | Review the placements for that garment and add the missing design. |
| The mockup or total will not load | Do not approve an unseen result or pay for an unclear cart. Keep the project open and ask AMS. |
After you place the order
Keep the confirmation and order number. Watch for artwork questions or approval requests. When the items arrive, count them by garment, color, and size before distributing them.
For a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, keep the packaging and take clear photos. Contact AMS with your order number and the affected item counts. AMS will review the next step for that order.
What to do next
- Prepare artwork and choose a print size Check the file, background, sharpness, and final size before you order.
- Understand timing, pickup, and delivery Check production timing and the delivery choices offered for your actual order.
- Track an order or get order help Find the right order, check shipment tracking, and send AMS the details needed to help.
