Campaign Store Help

Make changes to your store

Pick what you want to change. Each guide uses the same words and button names you see in the campaign workspace.

Arrange products

Choose which products shoppers see and place them in the right order.

  1. 1Open Products shoppers see from the campaign dashboard.
  2. 2Drag a product, or use Top, Up, Down, and Bottom.
  3. 3Choose Hide to keep its setup without showing it to shoppers.
  4. 4Choose Undo if you change your mind, then Publish changes when ready.

Change homepage highlights

Use the star beside a product to add or remove it from the homepage.

  1. 1Open Arrange products.
  2. 2Choose Add to home beside every product you want to feature.
  3. 3The highlight area shows the exact selected products.
  4. 4Publish changes to update the live homepage.

Replace a design

Upload a new version once and let the store refresh every affected product.

  1. 1Open Designs on products.
  2. 2Choose Replace design file under the design you want to update.
  3. 3Select a PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, or SVG.
  4. 4Wait for the product previews to finish regenerating, then review the store.

Edit Story text and images

Every Story field is optional, including the headline, image, and link.

  1. 1Open Story and pages and choose Home or Our Story.
  2. 2Select a Story section to edit it. Clear the headline to remove it completely.
  3. 3Use Add image to upload an image, then add its description for accessibility.
  4. 4Drag sections into place. Changes save as a private draft until published.

Create or remove pages

Add focused pages without needing to understand a traditional CMS.

  1. 1Open Story and pages and choose New page.
  2. 2Enter a page name and a short web address.
  3. 3Add text, images, galleries, FAQs, or other sections.
  4. 4Use Delete on a custom page if it is no longer needed. The homepage cannot be deleted.

Resize the logo and change the store style

Show a crest clearly with contained small, medium, or large sizing.

  1. 1Open Logo and colors from the campaign dashboard.
  2. 2Upload a different logo or choose Small, Medium, or Large.
  3. 3Choose Show whole logo for school crests and other non-square artwork.
  4. 4Save the draft and use the page editor preview. After launch, use Preview store to check the public site.

Understand Save versus Publish

Saving protects your work; publishing makes the saved draft visible to shoppers.

  1. 1Saving, Saved, or Could not save shows the current draft state.
  2. 2Unpublished changes means your work is safe but the live store has not changed.
  3. 3Use the page editor preview before launch. After launch, use Preview store to check the public experience.
  4. 4Choose Publish changes only when the draft is ready.

Understand the no-returns policy

Campaign products are made to order, so every sale is final.

  1. 1Shoppers see the policy on products, cart, footer, checkout, and Stripe Checkout.
  2. 2Payment stays unavailable until the shopper acknowledges the policy.
  3. 3AMS still remedies orders that arrive defective or incorrect.

Recover from upload or rendering failures

Keep the draft safe while retrying a file or an individual product preview.

  1. 1Confirm the image is a supported format and under the displayed size limit.
  2. 2Retry the upload without deleting the existing design.
  3. 3If one product preview fails, retry regeneration for that item.
  4. 4Keep the store unpublished and contact AMS support if the preview still fails.

Your live store is protected. Editing and autosaving only update your private draft. Shoppers see changes after you choose Publish changes.
