Orders and delivery
Work with your own AI agent
Give your assistant the right instructions and keep control of your artwork, order, and payment.
Read as Markdown ↗You will: Make a useful task brief and understand when your agent needs your choices or approval.
What you need
- The guide for your task.
- Your own assistant or agent.
- The original artwork and order details you are authorized to use.
Give this task to my agent
Make a short brief for the assistant you use. Add your choices, check the brief, then copy it. Your answers stay in this browser.
Use a private conversation for order details. Leave out passwords, card details, locker codes, and private access links.

Start with a task brief
Open the matching guide
Choose the job you want to finish, such as ordering printed shirts, editing a sheet, or checking a payment.
Open Give this task to my agent
Choose whether you are starting, editing an unpaid cart, already paid, or unsure it went through.
Add your choices
State the product, print sizes, counts, garment sizes, and placements you know. Leave unknowns as questions. Keep passwords, card details, locker codes, and private access links out.
Review and copy the brief
Paste it into your assistant. A brief shares instructions. It does not connect an AMS account, create an order, or grant permission to pay.
Check what your assistant can actually do
If your assistant has an AMS connection, inspect its available tools and follow that connection’s sign-in instructions. Tools and availability can differ by host or rollout. Only connect through the assistant’s normal app/connection controls.
An assistant with browsing can read these guides and help you plan. An assistant without a supported ordering tool should guide you through the website or prepare a clear AMS support request. It should not claim it changed an order.
The AMS ordering interface has tools for starting an order, adding exact artwork, building a quote, and getting the proof link where enabled. Those actions are separate from reading help. Campaign Store management and paid-order changes must not be assumed available just because a guide explains them.
Details your agent should ask for
Give original files through the assistant’s supported file upload or AMS’s secure upload flow. A screenshot or a recreated image is not the exact original artwork.
| Detail | Example only |
|---|---|
| What should arrive? | Printed shirts, or loose transfers I will press myself. |
| Artwork | Use my original front file and a different original back file. |
| Print size | Front 3 inches wide; back 10 inches wide. Keep each design’s proportions. |
| Counts and sizes | 12 shirts: 4 medium and 8 large. Each needs a front and back print. |
| Delivery and date | Ask which current options are available for this full job. |
| Current stage | An unpaid cart, a paid order, or an unclear payment result. |
Keep the important decisions with you
Your agent should ask for missing choices and use current authorized tools for prices, stock, and order status. It should never invent a quote or guaranteed deadline.
An agent must not approve a proof based on its own judgment. If a supported tool records approval from chat, it needs your explicit reply after you have seen that proof. Payment, publishing, terms acceptance, and account changes need your authorization.
If the agent gets stuck
Ask it to name the missing detail, unsupported action, or visible error. It should give you the exact next website step or prepare a private support request.
For an unclear payment, check the existing order first. For a paid-order change, use support. A new draft, a copied guide, or a changed design does not update the purchased job.
For agents and developers
Use the public guide index to find canonical URLs, review dates, content revisions, sections, Markdown, and JSON. Read only the section needed for the task. Help search returns source links and a support fallback.
These are public instructions, not live account data. Use authorized transactional tools for current quotes, inventory, private order state, and supported writes. Keep customer files and private references out of public search queries.
What to do next
- Choose the right AMS order Start with what you are making. You do not need to know the printing terms yet.
- Check front, back, and other print placements Match each design to the place it belongs. Check the print size before approving.
- Recover a cart or checkout problem Check what saved before trying again, especially if you may already have paid.
