Need more information on the store?

Add a page only if it helps shoppers, such as pickup instructions or information about your group. Keep the main shop easy to find.

Order emails and Cart Rescue

If your account shows Order emails, open it to review available email settings. Cart Rescue is the reminder feature for eligible unfinished checkouts. It is optional.

Open Order emails → Cart Rescue. Review the wording and the on/off setting. The checkout button in the email stays locked so it keeps the correct checkout link.

Read reminder results carefully

A “rescued” order and a shopper who came back on their own are reported separately. A reminder is not a sale, and there is no guaranteed recovery rate.

If a reminder leads to a shopper question, reply in Support. If you turn reminders off, check the setting saved. Ask AMS if the displayed results or eligibility do not make sense.

Changing how orders are released

Settings includes fulfillment choices such as immediate or grouped release rules. School pickup also has a batch cadence. These choices can change when orders move forward and how pickup fees apply.

Before changing release rules on a live store, ask AMS to confirm the effect on current orders. Do not type a delivery promise into a custom timing label unless AMS has approved it.
