Artwork
Check front, back, and other print placements
Match each design to the place it belongs. Check the print size before approving.
Read as Markdown ↗You will: Review a back-only job or a job with different artwork on several placements.
What you need
- The original file for each design.
- The print width and height you want, in inches.
- A list of garments and where each design belongs.

Write one line for each placement
A placement is a spot on the garment, such as front, back, or sleeve. Print size is the design’s size in inches. It is separate from the shirt size.
| Practice example | Artwork | Print size |
|---|---|---|
| Front | Small group logo | 3 inches wide, keep its shape |
| Back | Different event design | 10 inches wide, keep its shape |
| Shirt count | 12 shirts: the selected sizes and colors | 24 prints in total: 12 fronts + 12 backs |
Select only the placements you want
Choose Finished Apparel, then your garment
Use the finished-apparel path if AMS should apply the design. Follow the garment’s available decoration choices.
Quick Order and Browse Full Catalog are separate ways to start a finished-apparel order. Open Choose Placements
Select the required locations. For a back-only job, check that an unwanted front placement is not selected.
Match the artwork to each location
Check the design shown for the front, back, and any other selected placement. A front image does not automatically create the correct back design.
Check both print dimensions
Use the size you planned. Keep the aspect ratio locked to preserve the design’s shape. Check the preview after changing it.
Review every artwork version
Look at each garment version and placement, not just the first preview. Check spelling, names, dates, background, small detail, edges, width, and height.
A mockup shows how art sits on an item. A proof is the artwork or layout you are asked to review. A small preview can hide a problem that matters at print size.
File Fix instructions and final approval are different
Print as Uploaded means the uploaded result must be ready for print. Check it before choosing that path.
Authorizing AMS to fix a source file is not the same as approving the final corrected proof. If the flow says you must approve a final proof before production, follow that later review step.
After requesting a revision, make sure you are reviewing the current version. An approval for an older version does not tell you what the newer version looks like.
Need a change after paying?
Editing a saved design or cart does not update a paid order. Ask AMS to check whether a correction is still possible. Include the order number and the exact affected placement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by support ticket within 10 minutes of placing the order and are subject to a 5% admin fee. After that, processing prevents cancellation. A correction request is not confirmation that a change was made.
What to do next
- Order printed shirts and other apparel Choose the garments and artwork. AMS applies the design, so your items arrive printed.
- Recover a cart or checkout problem Check what saved before trying again, especially if you may already have paid.
- Prepare artwork and choose a print size Check the file, background, sharpness, and final size before you order.
