Ordering with AMS
Save, reopen, or recover a gang sheet
Keep the current session safe and check what reached the cart before leaving.
Read as Markdown ↗You will: Tell the difference between saved artwork, a builder layout, an unpaid cart, and a paid order.
What you need
- The original browser session or the unpaid cart you were editing.
- Your original artwork files and print list, if available.
Give this task to my agent
Make a short brief for the assistant you use. Add your choices, check the brief, then copy it. Your answers stay in this browser.
Use a private conversation for order details. Leave out passwords, card details, locker codes, and private access links.

These are different kinds of saved work
| Work | What it means |
|---|---|
| Original artwork | The source file you should keep. |
| Saved design or ProFile | Artwork you can reuse through its supported library path. It is not the entire sheet. |
| Builder session | The designs, counts, and layout you are currently editing. |
| Unpaid cart | Items saved for checkout. Recheck it after a builder edit. |
| Paid order | The purchased job. Editing a design or cart does not change it. |
Read the save status
| Status | Next step |
|---|---|
| Saving… | Wait for the update. Keep the tab open. |
| Saved | The builder reported a saved update. Also check Add to Cart or Update Cart when you need those changes in checkout. |
| Save failed | Keep the session and original files. Check the connection and contact AMS if it remains stuck. |
| No clear result | Do not assume a refresh or another tab will recover every edit. Keep the current tab while checking. |
Reopen work from the cart
Open the existing unpaid cart
Find the matching sheet by its preview and details. Check it is the job you intend to edit.
Use the pencil (Edit this sheet) button
Review the designs, counts, and layout after it opens. If the sheet or edit option is missing, keep the current browser session and ask AMS.
Make and review the change
Check the layout again. Use Update Cart when shown, then verify the updated item and quote in the cart.
Looking for an unfinished upload batch?
Continue your batch returns to artwork that has not yet been added to the sheet. Use the same supported session/account and check each design’s status.
A batch retry can add duplicates if part of the work already reached the sheet. Check the current sheet before retrying. A local upload may need the original file selected again if that file is no longer available.
Looking for a saved design instead?
Use the supported My Designs or prepared-design path for saved artwork. A protected .ams download is not an ordinary PNG and cannot be imported through the normal customer upload controls.
Do not assume an entire sheet, cart, or past order is copied just because a saved design is available. Check the new print dimensions and count.
What to send when work is missing
Send the session or order identifier if shown, design names, approximate time and time zone, last successful action, and the visible save status. Keep the original files.
Do not send passwords, full card details, or private access links in public messages. AMS must check what was actually saved; a support request is not a promise that every unsaved edit can be restored.
What to do next
- Edit designs and copies on a gang sheet Change the right design, size, or copy without losing track of your print counts.
- Recover a cart or checkout problem Check what saved before trying again, especially if you may already have paid.
- Track an order or get order help Find the right order, check shipment tracking, and send AMS the details needed to help.
