Resume a batch or recover an interrupted artwork step

Find unfinished designs, retry failed uploads, and check existing AI work before starting another action.

Updated

Return to your saved work

  1. Return to the same Gang Sheet Builder session and account. Choose Continue your batch when it appears to reopen designs that are not yet on your sheet.
  2. Read each design’s status. A failed upload can be retried while its original local file remains available; if that file is no longer available, select it again.
  3. Complete the next step for each unfinished design: choose how to print, confirm size, review the AI result, or inspect the prepared file.
  4. If only some designs are ready, review the count before adding that group. Return to the saved batch for the rest. Check which designs reached the sheet before retrying an interrupted addition.

What you seeWhat to do
Paused for creditsYour upload and accepted version stay saved. Wait for the daily reset or review a credit purchase. After credits arrive, explicitly choose the next action.
Preparing or reconcilingCheck the existing operation and version first. A slow response or closed window does not prove it failed.
AI service unavailableKeep the saved file and try later, or choose Same-Day File Fix and review its price and artwork timing.
Already addedReturn to the gang sheet to change placement or quantity. Check the sheet before adding another copy.
A tool or Continue your batch is missingAvailability can change. Use the controls shown; contact AMS if you cannot reach saved work. A missing control does not prove your design was deleted.
