Orders and delivery
Recover a cart or checkout problem
Check what saved before trying again, especially if you may already have paid.
Read as Markdown ↗You will: Choose the safe next step for a stuck cart, missing confirmation, or unclear payment.
What you need
- The cart or order page, if it is still open.
- The visible message and approximate time.
- Your order confirmation or payment reference, if one was issued.
Give this task to my agent
Make a short brief for the assistant you use. Add your choices, check the brief, then copy it. Your answers stay in this browser.
Use a private conversation for order details. Leave out passwords, card details, locker codes, and private access links.

First, check whether you paid
| Your situation | Start here |
|---|---|
| You have not submitted payment | Keep the cart open and check the artwork and delivery steps below. |
| You submitted payment or saw a bank charge | Check for an existing order and confirmation before retrying. |
| The page says not to pay again | Follow that message and open a support ticket. |
| You are not sure | Treat the result as unclear. Check My Orders and ask AMS before another payment. |
Artwork review closes or returns to the cart
Check every item and placement
A job can have several shirt versions, fronts, backs, or designs. Review the instructions for each required item. Do not upload an unwanted front design just to get past a back-only setup.
Read the artwork choice
Confirm which source file and service you selected. Authorizing File Fix can still require a later final proof approval.
Keep the existing cart
If Confirm artwork instructions and proceed to payment closes or returns you to the cart, check whether the cart is still there. Do not clear browser data or rebuild the whole order as a first step.
Send AMS the exact symptom
Include the page, what you clicked, item/placement count, visible error, and approximate time. A screenshot can help. Hide private codes, full payment details, and unrelated personal information.
Paid, but there is no order number
Check your confirmation messages and My Orders using the same account or ordering email. A bank notice or payment reference is not an AMS order number.
If the page says AMS could not finish creating the order and tells you not to pay again, keep that message. Send the displayed reference through the private support form so AMS can check it. A request is not confirmation that the order was created.
The price or ready date changed
Check the full cart, not just the last item you added. Garments, placements, artwork services, quantities, turnaround, and delivery choices can affect the result.
If you only want transfers, check whether a finished-apparel item or service is still in the cart. Remove an item only if you do not want to buy it, then review the updated total and date. Do not remove a required item just to get a faster estimate.
A discount code is missing or rejected
Check the offer message and its conditions. Enter only a code you received or that AMS currently publishes. A code can depend on the product, account, cart, or offer period.
If the promised offer is missing, ask AMS with the offer message and the cart details. Do not assume every order qualifies or that an agent can invent a replacement code.

What to do next
- Track an order or get order help Find the right order, check shipment tracking, and send AMS the details needed to help.
- Check front, back, and other print placements Match each design to the place it belongs. Check the print size before approving.
- Understand timing, pickup, and delivery Check production timing and the delivery choices offered for your actual order.
