Jump to a step

Review before adding

  1. Step 1

Open the owner’s share link or the invitation under Shared with me in My Designs. Choose Review design when you want to inspect the invitation first.

  2. Step 2

For Specific people, sign in with the invited verified email. A forwarded invitation does not give another account access. An unlisted link can show a preview while signed out, but adding still requires sign-in.

  3. Step 3

Check the design, the shown size, the sender name and the usage permission. Signing in or viewing the preview does not accept it.

  4. Step 4

Choose Add to My Designs, or Add in the invitation tray, only when you want this version. Wait for the saved confirmation.

Use it in a project

  1. Step 1

Choose Use in Studio after adding, or return to My Designs and find it under Shared with me. Accepted designs also appear in personal Starting Points.

  2. Step 2

Open the saved design in Studio, review placement and physical print size, and complete the readiness steps shown for the order.

  3. Step 3

Check the protected proof against the design you accepted. Confirm the artwork, placement, size and quantity before placing a paid order.

Find the same version later

Return to the account that accepted it. If you hid the entry, open Hidden designs and choose Restore. Renaming changes your library name only; it does not change the artwork.

If the owner stops new adds, return through your accepted library entry. An old invitation can be unavailable even while your accepted version remains usable. AMS may still make artwork unavailable for a safety or rights review.
