Ordering with AMS

Request a quote with AMS Ez Contact

Send a nonbinding project brief, keep the saved receipt and verify access for follow-up.

Read as Markdown ↗

You will: Save one request for AMS staff, choose the right reply recipient and review an issued quote separately.

What you need

  • A useful project brief, even with unknown sizes, artwork or dates.
  • One reply email you are authorized to use.
Give this task to my agent

Make a short brief for the assistant you use. Add your choices, check the brief, then copy it. Your answers stay in this browser.

Use a private conversation for order details. Leave out passwords, card details, locker codes, and private access links.

Jump to a step

Start with your brief

Tell AMS what you need and what is still unknown. The quote page accepts inquiries about finished apparel, loose DTF, UV DTF, plastisol, blanks, mixed jobs and other requests for manual review. Accepting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or fulfillment.

For example: “48 black shirts, a full-color front logo and Houston pickup. Sizes and artwork will follow.” Phone and billing address are not required for an inquiry.

Choose who receives replies

Requesting for a client? Name your organization, who the job is for, and the selected reply email. If replies should come to your agency, use that address. A beneficiary name or supplied customer email does not grant access to an AMS account.

Submission authorizes operational follow-up for this request. It does not enroll the represented client in marketing.

Use original artwork or let it follow

Artwork is optional at intake. Upload up to three PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF or AI originals, at most 15 MiB each, using the private quote uploader. SVG is not accepted in this workflow.

If your agent cannot transmit original bytes, use the quote page. Do not invent a file ID, send a thumbnail as an original, or ask the backend to fetch arbitrary file URLs. Receiving artwork does not establish print readiness or approve repair charges.

Keep the saved receipt

A saved receipt means AMS has persisted a nonbinding inquiry. It does not confirm pricing, a deadline, an order, proof approval, payment or production.

After a timeout or interrupted response, retry with the original intake context and request key. Keep both before submitting. Identical retries return the original receipt; changed content under the same key conflicts. Do not start a new context to resolve an uncertain submission.

Verify private follow-up

Request a one-time link from the quote page using the request ID on your receipt. The link goes only to the selected reply email. Open it and choose “Open my quote request” to exchange it for an expiring session for that one request.

The human reference is not a secret and cannot read private details. Signing in with a supplied email does not automatically claim a request. Existing ordering OAuth and shop API keys are separate authorization domains.

A verified holder can answer staff questions and update the brief using the current revision. Changes require staff review and remove the old quote link from the request. Reply recipient changes need staff verification.

Use the HTTP or remote MCP adapter

The implementation provides GET /v1/quote-requirements, POST /v1/quote-intake-sessions and POST /v1/quote-requests on the API host. Keep X-AMS-Quote-Intake and Idempotency-Key in headers. Private read/update uses X-AMS-Quote-Access after an email claim.

The isolated /rfq/mcp connector exposes requirements, begin, submit, verified read and update tools. It does not expose ordering, account history, shop tools or prices. Adding a connector is a separate host action; publishing a URL does not install it in an arbitrary conversation.

The quote page also contains a bounded experimental WebMCP adapter. Its admin pilot switch stays off until a named browser and agent pass acceptance. Unsupported browsers keep the ordinary form. No universal browser or native Claude support is claimed.

These interfaces become available on deployment. A draft PR is not a serving integration. Use the form and live requirements to confirm the environment you are using.

If your agent cannot submit

Copy the brief and open the quote page yourself. An assistant that only writes text or opens the page has not submitted anything. Ask it to report submission only after it receives a saved reference.

Review issued quotes, artwork and payment in AMS’s existing review and checkout flow. Checkout contact and billing stay on the AMS Pay page.
