- In your existing Amy thread, so the request stays with its conversation.
Amy is in limited early access. Already have an Amy email thread? Reply there with what you need. Not in yet? Join the Amy waitlist to get in line. Joining doesn't turn on email, and AMS confirms email access separately.
New to Amy's channels? Read the guide to texting and emailing Amy.
Already in an Amy email thread
Reply to that email with your order details. Keeping it in the same thread keeps the request with its conversation. The worksheet below writes the reply for you.
Not in early access yet
Join the Amy waitlist to get in line. Until AMS confirms email access for you, a new email to Amy may not get a reply from her, so use the help page for anything you need now.
Write your reply
Fill in what you know and it builds an email to paste into your Amy thread. Nothing here is sent or saved.
Paste this into a reply to the Amy email you already have. No Amy thread yet? Request access first.
Still to add
- What you're ordering, so the right products come up
- Product, quantity and sizes, since price and stock depend on them
- A note about your art, so the proof matches what you have
- When you need it, and whether it's pickup or shipping
Before order details are shared
Your address alone isn't enough
Writing from a known email address doesn't unlock an order or join an Amy session started somewhere else. AMS checks it's you before sharing order details or continuing a Studio or text conversation by email.
You approve, then you pay
Transfers and printed apparel go into production only after you approve the artwork proof. Either way, you pay through AMS checkout yourself. Don't email card numbers.
Reaching a person
If something needs a human, or email isn't open to you yet, send a request through the AMS help page.
Questions about emailing Amy
Can anyone email Amy?
Not yet. Email with Amy is in limited early access, for customers AMS has invited, replying in the Amy email thread they already have. Not in yet? Join the Amy waitlist or contact AMS support through the help page.
Does joining the waitlist turn on email with Amy?
No. The Amy waitlist is for Amy early access in AMS Studio. Email access is confirmed separately, so if you already have an Amy email thread, keep replying there.
I'm invited. How do I send a new order?
Reply to your existing Amy email with the product, quantity, sizes, a note about your art, and your deadline. Replying keeps the request in the same thread.
Does emailing from my address unlock my order?
No. An email address on its own doesn't unlock an order or an Amy session. AMS checks it's you before sharing order details or continuing a conversation from Studio or text.
Who approves the proof and payment?
You do. Amy can help put an order together, but transfers and printed apparel go into production only after you approve the artwork proof, and you pay through AMS checkout yourself. Don't email card numbers.
Does this sign me up for marketing email?
No. There's no newsletter signup on this page. Emailing Amy is for your order conversation.
