Text your next order like you'd text the shop.
Tell Amy what you need in a sentence or two. She works out the product, sizes and art with you, and you approve everything before you pay. Amy is opening up in limited early access, so get on the list.

When texting opens
Here's how a text order is meant to go once texting opens for you.
You text what you need
Product, quantity, sizes, a note about your art, and your deadline. The worksheet below writes that text for you.
Amy fills in the gaps
She'll ask about anything missing. Before order details are shared, or a conversation you started in Studio or by email is picked up, AMS checks it's you. Your phone number alone doesn't unlock an order.
You approve, then you pay
Transfers and printed apparel go into production only after you approve the artwork proof. Either way, you pay through AMS checkout yourself. Don't text card numbers.
Write your order text now
Fill in what you know and it builds a text to keep for when texting opens. Nothing here is sent or saved.
Texting isn't open yet, so keep this somewhere handy. When texting opens, it's ready to send.
Still to add
- What you're ordering, so the right products come up
- Product, quantity and sizes, since price and stock depend on them
- A note about your art, so the proof matches what you have
- When you need it, and whether it's pickup or shipping

Questions about texting Amy
Can I text Amy right now?
Not for general access yet. (832) 271-1399 will be Amy's texting number, but it isn't taking general orders. Join the Amy waitlist to get in line for Amy early access, or send the AMS team a request through the help page.
Does joining the waitlist sign me up for texts?
No. The Amy waitlist is for Amy early access in AMS Studio. It doesn't sign you up for text messages, and texting access is confirmed separately.
Does texting from my number unlock my order?
No. A phone number on its own doesn't unlock an order or an Amy session. Before order details are shared, or a conversation from Studio or email is picked up by text, AMS checks it's you.
Who approves the proof and payment?
You do. Amy can help put an order together, but transfers and printed apparel go into production only after you approve the artwork proof, and you pay through AMS checkout yourself. Don't text card numbers.
Will texting cost me anything?
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. How many messages you get varies with the conversation.
How do I stop texts or reach a person?
Once texting opens, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. You can send the AMS team a request through the help page today, no text needed.
