You start the text. You stay in control.
Once AMS confirms texting access for you, you text Amy your ordering question and get replies in that conversation. Here's exactly what that covers, and what it doesn't.
Early access waitlist
Texting access is opening in limited early access. Please wait until AMS confirms your access before sending order details.
The Amy waitlist is for Amy early access overall. Joining it doesn't sign you up for texts.
How texting Amy will work
Your own text is what starts it, and it only covers that conversation.
AMS confirms your access
Texting is opening in limited early access. Hold off on order details until AMS confirms texting access for you.
You send the first text
Text your ordering question to Amy's number from your own phone. That message asks AMS Transfers, operated by AMS Manufacturing & Printing LLC, to reply with Amy's conversational AI ordering assistance.
Replies stay in that conversation
Your text covers replies in that same conversation only. It doesn't sign you up for promotions or ongoing recurring messages; those would need a separate opt-in.
What doesn't sign you up for texts
Joining the Amy waitlist
The waitlist is for Amy early access overall. It doesn't enroll you in texts or turn on messaging.
Sharing your phone number
Giving AMS your number on an order, a form or an email isn't consent to texts from Amy.
Signing up for email
Email signups stay email. They don't add you to any text messages.
Your orders stay yours
Your number alone doesn't unlock anything
Before private order details are shared or an earlier Amy session is picked up, AMS checks it's you. A phone number on its own isn't enough.
You approve, then you pay
Transfers and printed apparel go into production only after you approve the artwork proof. Unprinted blanks don't need one. Either way, you pay through AMS checkout yourself, so never text card numbers or other payment details.
