Jump to a step

Choose widths and copies for the approved design

  1. Step 1

Open Gang Sheet Builder, open its My Designs picker and choose the saved vector. The vector dialog opens its print-size controls. The My Designs drawer in Studio also opens the saved vector dialog.

  2. Step 2

Enter Width in inches and Quantity for each size. Height follows the approved artwork shape. Use Add another size for another width and its own count.

  3. Step 3

Choose Render and add to sheet. The supported size is generated from that approved version; it is not a new conversion.

  4. Step 4

Check the actual sheet: dimensions, number of copies, placement and every other artwork item. Review the final order proof before checkout.

Actual local 2:1 demo captured October 31, 2026. Height follows the artwork: 12 × 6 inches and 4 × 2 inches. Choose the dimensions and counts for your own job.
Approved vector saved to My Designs, with a 12-inch width and two copies plus a 4-inch width and ten copies

Actual local 2:1 demo captured October 31, 2026. Height follows the artwork: 12 × 6 inches and 4 × 2 inches. Choose the dimensions and counts for your own job.

Use inches and actual output pixels together

Supported size renders use 600 pixels per printed inch. In the actual 2:1 demo, 12 × 6 inches produced 7,200 × 3,600 pixels and 4 × 2 inches produced 2,400 × 1,200 pixels. These are historical local demo measurements, not universal shirt-placement recommendations or proof of physical print quality.

The shortest edge must be at least 0.5 inch. The render also has shape-dependent limits of 32,000 pixels on either axis and 250 million pixels total. A supported render still has to fit the selected sheet. There is no universal unlimited-size promise.

Return to the same saved version

The separate My Designs library page helps you find saved artwork and offers Create DTF sheet. It does not contain the vector print-size editor; use the builder picker or Studio drawer for that editor.

New supported sizes and reuse of the same approved vector do not incur another conversion charge. Changing the source creates a different review/pricing decision. Physical printing and any separate services remain paid.

Approved vector-derived artwork follows its protected identity for AMS printing. That does not make unrelated raw artwork elsewhere on the sheet exempt from its own quality checks or applicable services.

  1. Step 1

Sign in to the account that owns the approved artwork. Open Gang Sheet Builder and its My Designs picker, or the My Designs drawer inside Studio.

  2. Step 2

Choose the saved vector in that picker to open the vector dialog. Use a previous size or enter another supported width and count.

  3. Step 3

Render/add the sizes and check the new sheet and order proof.

Reuse is different from downloading

Vector masters, clean PNGs and vector-derived .ams files are not customer downloads. Reopen the saved vector through My Designs or Studio rather than downloading, renaming or reuploading a preview.

Other eligible non-vector prepared ProFiles can offer Download .ams. That is a protected file and a different delivery policy. Do not apply that generic download guidance to a Vector ProFile.
