Compare the actual delivered result

When conversion finishes, Your file and Vector appear together. Show detail enlarges the same comparison area. A sharper-looking thumbnail does not verify wording, likeness or fine printability.

  • Read every word, number and punctuation mark against the source you intended.
  • Inspect holes inside letters, narrow gaps and small shapes that may have filled in or disappeared.
  • Compare thin strokes, outer edges and important details.
  • Check the background and unwanted shapes. When This background will print appears, approve only if that background is intended.
  • Review the whole design again after inspecting the detail view.

Approve the exact version deliberately

  1. Step 1

Enter the intended Print width in inches. Height follows the artwork shape; conversion does not stretch it into a different box.

  2. Step 2

Choose Approve this vector only when that converted version is the one you want to use.

  3. Step 3

Check Approved and saved to My Designs, then enter print sizes and copy counts.

  4. Step 4

If the result is unsuitable, choose Don’t use this one. Your source is unchanged; a new conversion is a new quote.

If the source or result needs changes

Return to the original or another appropriate artwork-editing path when spelling, shapes or the background need correction. Review the changed version and its own preparation/conversion quote. Do not approve a known mistake because the conversion completed.

If the actual result is absent or still processing, recover the existing operation before submitting another. A closed window or failed network response does not establish that conversion failed.
