Check the job before converting
Vector ProFiles are saved artwork for AMS printing and reuse at supported sizes. They do not include downloadable SVG/PDF masters, clean PNGs or vector-derived .ams files. If a portable artwork file is your goal, choose a service that supplies it before starting a conversion.
Keep the clearest original. A flat logo or illustration with distinct edges can be a useful candidate to compare. Photographs, shading, texture and ambiguous tiny details can change when traced. This is selection guidance, not a guarantee that a particular input will succeed.
| Your starting point | Useful next step |
|---|---|
| A clear flat logo or illustration | Check the intended size, then review the quote and compare the conversion. |
| Wrong words, missing details or an unwanted background | Correct the source first. Conversion does not make those content decisions. |
| An original vector file | Keep it and check the supported upload path before paying to convert a raster copy. |
| An original that already looks good at the intended print size | You may be able to use it without conversion. |
| A saved approved Vector ProFile | Reopen that version for another size instead of converting again. |
Choose the intended owned version
Step 1
Open the Gang Sheet Builder and upload your artwork, or choose an owned saved design. Eligible artwork also has the vector action in the supported Studio and artwork-review views.
Step 2
Sign in when prompted. Confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.
Step 3
Select the exact original or accepted version you intend to print. Read its wording and check visible artwork, background and important details.
Step 4
Choose Convert to vector. Read the current credit quote and conditions for that version before starting.
Know what the quote means
Read the current credit quote and conditions for the selected source before starting. Do not infer today’s price or an active promotion from an older demonstration.
A successful conversion is charged when its valid preview is ready, even if you decline the result. Technical failures release the conversion reservation. A timeout or interrupted response is not proof of failure; return to the existing work before starting again.
New supported sizes of the same approved version do not need another conversion charge. Physical transfer orders are paid separately. A changed source or new conversion requires its own quote and review.
