← AI File Fix help
Start AI File Fix from your uploaded artwork
Upload the source, choose Fix with AI, explain the change and review the current credit quote before generating.
Updated
Choose the right kind of help
| Your artwork | Next step |
|---|---|
| Already correct at the intended size | Choose Print as uploaded and check the original before packing. |
| Correct content, but soft or too small | Consider Upscale. It keeps the original background and does not correct spelling. Inspect the result at the intended physical size. |
| Needs a background, wording or detail change | Choose Fix with AI to request a candidate, then inspect what changed. |
| Needs staff judgment or a conversation | Use staff File Fix; its displayed price and artwork timing are separate from AI credits and production. |
Upload and describe the change
- Open the Gang Sheet Builder’s Upload entry. Keep a separate copy of your original artwork.
- Select PNG, JPG/JPEG or WebP artwork. For several designs, review the handling and size of each one. Upload PDF or SVG files one at a time through Upload rather than treating them as bulk AI raster inputs.
- Choose Fix with AI for the intended design. Sign in when prompted; make sure you are working with the correct saved upload.
- Choose the intended background and describe what to change in What should we fix or keep. Include the details that must stay. The field allows up to 1,000 characters.
- Read the current generation credit quote. Proceed only when you want that action, then wait for its result before starting another operation.
What to put in the note
- Name a visible change: remove only the white rectangle around the badge.
- Name what must stay: keep the white letters inside the blue badge and preserve the layout.
- For lettering, provide the exact final text, capitalization, punctuation and numbers. These remain instructions to check against the result, not guaranteed preservation.
