Prepare your selected version and add it to the sheet

Separate artwork acceptance, quoted preparation, prepared-size review and explicit addition to your gang sheet.

Updated

Accept, prepare, inspect, add

  1. Select the exact candidate you want to use. Check its words, edges, background, details and intended size.
  2. Read the preparation quote shown with Looks good, make print ready. Preparation has its own quoted cost, separate from generation and revision.
  3. Choose Looks good, make print ready only when you want to accept that exact candidate and start its quoted preparation. If an accepted candidate is waiting for preparation, the recovery action is Make print ready.
  4. Wait for preparation, then inspect the prepared result and allowed size. If preparation changed transparency, a Check the prepared file step asks you to choose Use this prepared file. That extra confirmation is conditional; it does not appear for every result.
  5. Set the physical dimensions and quantity for your design. Explicitly choose Add prepared design to sheet when satisfied with the prepared result and settings.
  6. Inspect the full sheet and order details before checkout. Preparing or adding artwork does not place a paid print order.

If the prepared design needs changes

An AMS ProFile uses protected artwork identity and a protected preview. Pixel-changing uploader edits, Cutout and Revise are unavailable for the prepared version.

Return to the unprepared source or candidate. Make the change, inspect it and prepare the new selected version. Do not treat a protected preview as an ordinary editable source or assume preparation makes every size acceptable.

Use the saved artwork for your next AMS print order

  1. Open My Designs in the account that owns the saved design.
  2. Select the saved design and choose Create Gang Sheet through the supported workflow.
  3. Check the selected identity, permitted print size, quantities, sheet and current order price again.
