Choose the audience before creating
| Choice | Who can review and add | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Specific people | The account with the invited verified email can preview and explicitly add. | You need account-specific access. Confirm the exact email first. |
| Anyone with the link | Anyone holding the link can view; a signed-in recipient can explicitly add. The link can be forwarded. | Forwarding is acceptable and the artwork is suitable for that audience. |
Stop an offer
Stopping prevents people from adding through that offer. It does not recall accepted versions. Deleting your source design is not a way to take back already accepted use.
Do not switch to an unlisted link to work around an account mismatch. Confirm the intended recipient and exact verified email before deciding whether to create a new offer.
Step 1
Open My Designs, then Shared designs and Shared by me.
Step 2
Find the correct offer and review its design, audience and accepted count.
Step 3
Choose Stop new adds. Confirm the stopped state before assuming the offer is closed.
Manage your own received collection
Hide removes an accepted design from your visible collection; Restore brings it back without a new adoption. Decline, Report and Block sender are available in invitation controls. Blocking a sender does not erase previously accepted designs.
Sharing notification preferences affect the in-AMS invitation tray and activity notices. They do not change accepted designs, and this feature does not send email or text messages.
