Change your card or handle bank approval
Choose a saved or new card, complete bank verification, or safely resolve an attempt before changing payment methods.

Choose a card before starting payment
Sign in to the account where you want the credits. If a purchase is already pending, use the recovery steps below before changing the method. The dialog shows eligible saved cards associated with your account; it does not require you to save a new card.
- Open Add credits from Studio. Read the Paying with card summary.
- Choose Change to open Payment method. Select an eligible saved card or New card. If saved methods could not load, use Retry or Use a new card when offered.
- For New card, complete the secure payment fields. Save this card for future AMS purchases is optional and starts unchecked.
- Review billing details and the refreshed Total, then choose the Pay button showing the total and credits.
When your bank asks you to verify
The dialog may say “Confirming payment. Your bank may ask you to verify.” Follow the bank verification prompt presented by the secure payment flow. Any authentication code belongs in that bank prompt, never in an AMS support message.
After completing the prompt, read the credit dialog’s result. Credits added confirms available credits. A canceled or failed bank challenge can still leave the purchase attempt unresolved; use Check payment status rather than assuming you can immediately change cards or pay again.
If fields are locked or approval was interrupted
Pack, billing, card, and save-card fields freeze while an attempt exists so that its payment details stay consistent. Closing the dialog or canceling a bank prompt is not the same as verified payment cancellation. Cancellation is not a promise of a refund or a refund timetable.
- Choose Check payment status for the existing attempt and read the response.
- If you still want to change method and the attempt remains unresolved, choose Cancel payment to change method.
- Wait until the dialog verifies Payment canceled. If it reports payment received, credits added, or review instead, follow that status and keep the existing attempt.
- Only after verified cancellation, choose Change and select another saved card or New card. Review the current billing total and explicitly choose Pay to start the new purchase.
Match the symptom to the next step
| Symptom | Possible cause | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Saved card is absent | Only eligible owned cards are offered, or cards did not load | Use Retry if shown, or choose New card before payment. Contact support if an expected eligible card remains unavailable. |
| New card was not saved | Saving requires your explicit selection | Select Save this card for future AMS purchases on a future new-card purchase if desired. |
| Bank approval failed or was closed | The original attempt may still need reconciliation | Check payment status; resolve or verify cancellation before a new payment. |
| Cancel did not unlock the fields | Cancellation has not been verified | Keep the attempt and contact support if status cannot be resolved. |
| Secure payment entry could not load | The payment component failed to load | Use Retry secure payment if offered; check any saved purchase before paying. |
When to contact AMS
Contact support if status or cancellation cannot resolve the existing attempt, secure entry repeatedly fails, or a bank shows a successful payment without available credits. Include whether you selected a saved card or New card, your browser, pack, approximate time, and visible error. Card numbers and bank codes are unnecessary.
Use Contact AMS support below and submit the help request. Include the page or tool, approximate time with your time zone, exact visible status or error, and the purchase, design, version, or workspace identifier if shown. A redacted screenshot can help. Never send a full card number, CVV, bank password, authentication code, access token, or signed download URL.
Still need help?
Tell us which tool you used, what you expected, and what happened. Include the time and a screenshot with private details hidden. Never send passwords, payment card details, or private access links.
