No. Laser engraving creates single-color marks etched directly into the material. Full-color photo artwork and designs requiring color gradients are not suitable. Keep your design to monochrome or line-based artwork for best results.
The Kota Pro adhesive is a non-tacky film that activates under heat for a permanent, durable bond. Once heat-activated, it provides exceptional bonding strength for long-lasting application to fabric, leather, or other substrates.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal for laser engraving and give the cleanest results. High-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG at 300+ DPI) also work. Confirm specific file requirements with your production team before uploading.
Your design should stay within the recommended decoration area of 2.8" x 1.8". This ensures optimal laser engraving quality and proper coverage of the heat-activated adhesive.
