Kota Pro is a non-tacky film that activates under heat. You apply heat (typically using a heat press or similar tool) to bond the patch permanently to fabric or other surfaces. This creates a durable, non-slip connection without sticky residue during application.
Laser engraving produces sharp, single or two-color designs. Logos, text, symbols, and geometric patterns engrave cleanly. Avoid full-color artwork, photographic images, gradients, and designs requiring white ink—these don't translate well to the laser engraving process.
The Kota Pro adhesive works on fabric, cotton blends, canvas, and many synthetic materials. It's ideal for hats, jackets, bags, and workwear. If you're applying to unusual surfaces, test on a sample first to confirm adhesion.

Submit vector files (AI, EPS) or high-resolution rasters (PDF, 300+ dpi JPEG). If your design includes text or directional elements, provide a reversed version so the final engrave reads correctly.
