Each new plate is engraved with the recipient's name and details, then installed into an empty slot on the plaque. The process repeats annually or whenever you have a new winner.
If your program runs long enough to fill all 60 plates, you have several options: rotate older plates out and store them, retire that plaque and commission a new one to run alongside it, or order an additional identical plaque. Many programs use multiple plaques for different award categories.
