3D UV printing is ideal for multicolor logos, photorealistic images, and detailed graphics. Laser engraving works best for clean text, single-color logos, and precise line work. Many buyers use engraving for names and dates, then UV printing for company branding. Choose based on your design complexity and color needs.
For laser engraving, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred, though high-resolution rasters work too. For 3D UV printing, high-resolution raster files (300 DPI minimum, JPG or PNG) are standard. Your supplier will guide you on specific requirements once you've selected your decoration method.
