You can combine both methods on a single plaque for mixed text and color designs.
Your decoration area is 8" wide by 10" tall within the black shield plate. The gold border is fixed and frames your design. Plan your artwork to leave a small margin from the plate edge for the best visual result.
Vector formats (eps, ai, pdf) work best for laser engraving with sharp lines and text. For 3D UV printing, high-resolution raster files (300 dpi jpg or png) display colors accurately. Ask during order setup which format fits your design if you're using both methods.
This is designed for indoor office and display use. The walnut wood and brass components are not treated for outdoor weather exposure, so placement in climate-controlled environments ensures longevity.
