3D UV printing uses ultraviolet light to cure ink directly onto the glass surface, creating a permanent, full-color image with excellent detail and vibrancy. Unlike screen printing, it can reproduce complex multi-color logos, gradients, and fine detail without additional screens.
3D UV printed decoration is highly durable and permanent. The curing process bonds the ink directly to the glass surface, making it resistant to fading, scratching, and wear from handling or display.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred and will scale without quality loss. If providing raster artwork, use 300 DPI or higher at the final decoration size to ensure sharp detail and full-color accuracy.
3D UV printing captures fine detail well, but very thin fonts or intricate details smaller than 0.125" may lose some crispness at this scale. Test any fonts under 10 points in the digital preview before final submission.
3D UV printing produces vibrant full-color results using standard CMYK color separation. Metallic, holographic, or specialty finishes are not available with this decoration method.
