Laser engraving excels with solid lines, logos, and text—any single-color or monochromatic design. Fine detail and sharp edges render clearly on the leatherette surface. Avoid full-color artwork, gradients, or designs requiring white ink; the laser engraves by burning contrast into the material, so light-on-dark or white-on-dark designs don't translate well.
Laserable leatherette is water-resistant, easy to clean, and built for daily wear. The adhesive backing provides reliable bonding to caps, bags, and workwear. The material's synthetic construction means it won't crack or fade like natural leather, and the laser-engraved design remains crisp even after repeated cleaning.
The sample set lets you physically inspect the material texture, feel the adhesive backing, and see exactly how your artwork renders when laser-engraved onto leatherette. This reduces the risk of ordering large quantities only to find the design contrast or material doesn't meet expectations.
