We accept vector files (EPS, AI, PDF) and high-contrast raster images (PNG, JPG at 300 DPI). Vector files are preferred because they scale perfectly without quality loss. For raster images, ensure strong contrast—the laser uses light and dark areas to determine where to engrave.
