The .030" thickness provides body and printability while remaining pliable—ideal for items like table tents, folded cards, or badges that benefit from some give. Rigid blanks are better for flat signage or items requiring structural support.
You can decorate either side or both. One side has a gloss finish (high-sheen, vibrant color), and the other is matte (softer appearance, less reflective). For applications like double-sided badges or table tents that flip open, you can use both surfaces. Just specify which sides you're using when you place your order.
