The recommended decoration area is 11.3" wide by 3.5" tall. This measurement leaves a small margin around the edges to ensure clean printing and avoid any curved surfaces or imperfections. Use this footprint as your canvas when designing artwork.
You can design smaller artwork and position it anywhere within the 11.3" × 3.5" zone. Many decorators center logos, photos, or text strategically. The 3D UV printing process only prints the pixels you supply—you are never required to use the full area.
Upload RGB image files (JPEG or PNG) at 300 DPI minimum. If your artwork is smaller than 11.3" × 3.5", scale it to fit your intended print size at 300 DPI to avoid pixelation. The production team will size and position your file onto the ceramic piece according to your layout.
