The round keychain face supports up to 4 linear inches of decoration area, which is large enough for full-color photos, logos with gradients, or multi-color artwork. Portrait and landscape orientations both work well.
High-resolution raster images (PNG or JPG at 300 DPI) work best for 3D UV sublimation. Avoid text smaller than 0.25 inches, as fine details may not render crisply on the small surface.
3D UV printing bonds the color directly into the zinc alloy surface, creating durable, fade-resistant graphics that withstand daily keyring use, pockets, and moisture exposure.
Each order must be placed in 50-unit increments to match the supplier's production and fulfillment model.
Full-color photos, branded logos with multiple colors, and gradient artwork all display beautifully. Text-only or single-color spot designs are less suited to sublimation, which excels at photo-realistic and multi-color imagery.
Use the AMS mock-up preview after upload to see how your design scales and positions on the 3-inch round face. Check that important details stay within the 4-inch decoration area and that colors match your expectations on the silver zinc alloy background.
