The Polar Camel is built from double-wall insulated stainless steel, which retains heat or cold significantly longer than plastic. The powder-coated exterior is more durable for repeated personalization and use, and the spill-proof lid with hard plastic spout and rubber valve gives it an advantage for active users and kids.
The recommended decoration area is 2.3" × 5", which suits logos, monograms, and centered designs well. Full-wrap artwork is not recommended without first consulting a template to ensure your design wraps correctly around the cylindrical surface and avoids distortion where the cup tapers.
3D UV printing creates a hard, color-locked finish on stainless steel and powder-coated surfaces. It resists fading and handles daily washing and use well. Avoid prolonged soaking or abrasive scrubbing to maintain the best appearance over time.
Yes. The heavy-duty plastic handles attach to the lid and can be removed when not needed, giving you flexibility to brand and gift the cup with or without handles depending on your use case or recipient preference.
Yes. The double-wall stainless steel construction provides genuine insulation, keeping hot beverages warm and cold beverages cold for several hours. Performance varies based on starting temperature and ambient conditions, but it significantly outperforms single-wall cups.
The cup disassembles for easy cleaning—remove the lid, handles, and spout for thorough washing. Hand wash is recommended to preserve the 3D UV printing and powder coat. The plastic lid may occasionally require deep cleaning to remove residue from the spout and valve.
