Laserable leatherette is a high-quality synthetic material engineered to replicate genuine leather's appearance and texture at a lower cost. It's water resistant, easy to clean, and durable enough for daily use. The material responds beautifully to laser engraving, creating sharp, permanent contrast, and also accepts vibrant 3D UV printing. You get a professional, elegant look without the premium pricing of genuine leather.
Laser engraving creates a sophisticated, high-contrast burn mark—ideal for company logos, monograms, and text-heavy designs. It's permanent and has a refined, professional appearance. 3D UV printing allows full-color images, photographs, and gradients, giving you more creative freedom. If your design features color, photography, or complex imagery, choose UV printing. For clean logos, simple text, or monochromatic designs, laser engraving offers a classic look.
The keychain is 3" × 1¾" overall, with a recommended decoration area of 2.5" × 1.3". This leaves a small border for visual breathing room and production safety. A 2.5" × 1.3" space is sufficient for a standard company logo, monogram, short message, or small photograph. When uploading your artwork, center your design within this zone to ensure the best result.
Yes. This sample set is ideal for testing your design, message, and decoration method with a small batch before placing a larger order. Corporate buyers often use sample orders to review quality, color accuracy, and how recipients respond. Once you're confident in the design and finish, you can scale up to bulk quantities. Supplier-sourced production ensures consistent quality across larger runs.
The material is engineered for daily wear. It's water resistant, so brief exposure to moisture won't harm it, and its high-quality construction withstands pocket carry, keyring use, and regular handling. The faux leather develops a subtle patina with age, and the laser-engraved or UV-printed decoration is permanent and won't fade under normal use. Avoid prolonged submersion and extreme heat sources, but it's built to last as a reliable everyday accessory.
Yes. When you upload your sample set order, specify which design or color variant applies to each keychain. You can test multiple logo variations, messages, or decoration methods on the same order. This flexibility is one of the key advantages of a sample set—you can evaluate different approaches with one production run and use the results to inform your next bulk order.
