Laserable Leatherette is a faux leather material engineered to accept laser engraving and UV printing without degrading. It provides a premium appearance suitable for corporate gifts and personalized merchandise, with a finish that resists scuffing and maintains color and texture over time.
Laser engraving uses heat to remove the surface layer, revealing contrast beneath—ideal for logos, text, and precision monograms. 3D UV printing deposits colored ink directly onto the surface, allowing full-color photo-realistic designs. Both methods work permanently on this material; choose based on your design complexity and color needs.
The usable decoration area is 11.5" × 23.5". This conservative margin accounts for handling and edge finishing, ensuring your design stays within the pristine product area.
Kota Pro is a non-tacky film that activates permanently when heat is applied. Unlike pre-tacked adhesives, it won't grab surfaces prematurely, giving you precise control over placement. Once activated, it creates a durable, long-lasting bond ideal for applications that experience handling and use.
