Laser engraving creates permanent marks by removing surface material, best for text and single-color logos. 3D UV printing applies full-color graphics directly to the walnut surface, allowing photographs and multi-color designs. Both methods are durable and professional.
The recommended decoration area is 9.5" x 12.5". Designing artwork to fit this space ensures no white borders on the 10" x 13" frame face.
The 2" interior depth accommodates medals, pins, coins, ribbons, photographs, and lightweight commemoratives. Secure heavier or delicate items to prevent movement during handling or display.
American walnut is a premium hardwood with natural resistance to warping and fading over time. It provides a more durable and elegant foundation for recognition items than lighter or engineered materials, making it a lasting investment.
This depends on your decoration method. Laser engraving works best with vector files or high-contrast images. 3D UV printing accepts full-color artwork. Confirm exact file specifications and resolution requirements when you place your order.
The frame arrives fully assembled with the red velour backing in place. You can proceed directly to adding your decoration or display items without any setup.
