Talk through this item with AMS"Started in a garage, grew into a real Houston production shop. Same mission: get you clean transfers fast — without the drama."
Laserable leatherette is a synthetic material engineered to look and feel like genuine leather. It's water-resistant, easy to clean, and durable enough for daily professional use. It costs significantly less than genuine leather while maintaining an upscale appearance.
Laser engraving creates a sharp, high-contrast design by etching the surface, ideal for logos and monochrome artwork. 3D UV printing applies full-color ink directly to the surface, allowing for detailed and photographic designs. Choose engraving for minimalist elegance or printing for vibrant, multi-color branding.
The recommended decoration area is 9" × 11.5", which provides conservative margins from the 9½" × 12" total size. This keeps your artwork away from edges and binding areas. Center your design within these dimensions when preparing files for optimal placement.
This portfolio is designed as a professional office and gifting item. While the leatherette is water-resistant and durable, it's optimized for indoor, controlled environments like offices, conferences, and events—not for outdoor or heavy-labor applications.
Personalization transforms a functional portfolio into a memorable brand touchpoint. The professional appearance, practical notepad, and quality materials signal investment in your client relationships. Recipients keep it on their desk or carry it to meetings, extending brand visibility over time.
For laser engraving, use vector formats (AI, PDF, EPS) to ensure sharp, precise lines. For 3D UV printing, raster formats (PNG, JPG) work well for detailed, full-color designs. Provide high-resolution files (300 DPI minimum) in both cases for the best quality output.
