These masks use 3D UV printing (sublimation), which infuses full-color dye directly into the polyester outer layer. This creates vibrant, durable prints that won't crack or peel with normal wear. The process works best on the flat polyester face of the mask, with a 5" × 5" recommended decoration area.
Yes. Sublimation excels at reproducing full-color photos and detailed graphics. As long as your artwork fits within the 5" × 5" area and is submitted at high resolution (300 DPI recommended), photorealistic designs and complex multicolor logos will print crisply.
Each mask is 8" long by 5½" wide. The recommended decoration area is 5" × 5", which sits on the polyester front face. This gives you a generous canvas for logos, photos, or full-coverage patterns while leaving margins for comfort fit and the black trim edges.
The mask has a polyester outer layer (where your design prints) and a cotton inner layer. Sublimated prints bond directly to polyester fibers, making them resistant to fading, peeling, and cracking during normal use. They'll remain vibrant through multiple wears and gentle care.
This style is available in White face with Black trim and ear loops. Your full-color sublimated design prints across the white face, so you can customize the graphic while the trim remains black for a polished look.
Wash in cool water with mild soap and allow to air dry. Avoid high heat, bleach, and aggressive scrubbing, which can degrade both the mask material and the sublimated print over time. Hand wash is gentlest. The polyester-cotton blend is durable for repeated wear and care.
