Laser engraving burns a precise, permanent design into the beechwood surface—perfect for logos, text, and fine details. It creates a natural wood-tone contrast and won't fade. 3D UV printing applies full-color artwork onto the wood and zinc; it's ideal if your design includes photos, gradients, or multiple colors.
Beechwood is a hardwood that withstands daily pocket wear, and the zinc hardware is corrosion-resistant. Laser-engraved designs are permanent and won't wear away. UV-printed designs are sealed, though heavy friction can eventually show wear—typical for any keychain.
Yes, if your logo is readable at that scale. Fine-line logos work best for laser engraving. If your design is intricate or multi-colored, 3D UV printing gives you more visual detail. We recommend testing a mockup at that size before ordering.
For laser engraving, provide vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with clean outlines. For 3D UV printing, high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG, 300 DPI minimum) work best. We'll guide you through acceptable formats when you upload your artwork.
Decoration is applied to each piece according to your artwork specifications.
The standard case is 50 pieces. If you need a different quantity, request a custom quote during checkout—many buyers combine cases or negotiate adjusted minimums for their needs.
