Absolutely. Your design can be any size within that maximum area. Smaller designs work well for initials, small logos, or minimalist graphics. Just keep in mind that very tiny details (under 0.25" at the edges) may lose clarity during sublimation.
The polyester-cotton blend is designed for regular use. Sublimated designs are heat-fused into the material, making them durable through multiple washes. Hand wash in warm water or use a gentle machine wash cycle, then air dry to extend both mask and design life.
Sublimation produces vibrant colors on these blanks. Colors may vary slightly depending on how your specific design transfers—some dyes absorb differently on polyester versus cotton areas. Ordering a sample before full production is the best way to confirm your exact color expectations.
