3D UV printing uses UV light to bond colored inks directly to the glass surface, creating a vibrant, dimensional finish with excellent color depth. Unlike engraving, which removes material, this method preserves the glass integrity while delivering full-color designs. The result is a professional, detailed appearance ideal for complex logos and artwork.
You have up to 4 linear inches of decoration area available on the award. When you upload your artwork, you'll specify where on the 5 1/4 × 8" surface the design should be placed, and the preview will show exactly how it renders.
Yes. After you upload your artwork and specify placement, the system generates a preview showing how your design appears on the award's surface, including color accuracy and dimensional depth. You can review and approve before production begins.
Completely. The award arrives pre-assembled with protective rubber feet already attached to the base, so it's ready to display or present immediately. It comes in a satin-lined, padded box.
3D UV printing creates a permanent bond with the glass surface through a curing process. The printed design won't peel or chip under normal use. Treat the award as you would fine glassware—avoid abrasive scrubbing—and the decoration will maintain its appearance.
Upload your design as a high-resolution PDF, PNG, or vector file (such as EPS or AI). Ensure your artwork is in RGB or CMYK color mode so the 3D UV printing process captures the vibrant colors accurately. The preview will confirm everything looks right before production.
