3D UV printing uses ultraviolet light to cure ink directly onto the acrylic surface, creating vibrant, full-color images with excellent color fidelity. The process bonds the ink to the jade acrylic, producing durable prints suitable for recognition pieces and awards.
We accept standard design file formats including PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution image files (300 DPI or higher). Confirm your specific format preferences with the upload interface, and ensure your artwork is sized for the 4 linear inch decoration area.
The recommended decoration area is up to 4 linear inches, which is sized to fit the front face of the acrylic award. The placement preview shown during upload will help you visualize exactly where your design appears on the mahogany-based award.
3D UV printing creates long-lasting, fade-resistant color on acrylic. The prints are designed to withstand typical office and display environments, making them ideal for awards and recognition pieces that may be displayed for years.
If your artwork exceeds 4 linear inches, consider simplifying or resizing your design to fit the recommendation. The preview during upload will show how your design appears on the acrylic; if placement looks cramped, scaling down ensures clarity and visual impact.
The acrylic features a peel-and-stick application with the mahogany finish base. No gluing or additional assembly is required—simply place it on a flat surface and your award is ready to display.
