Laser engraving is ideal for solid black or dark designs, including logos, text, vector artwork, and line-based illustrations. Full-color photos, gradients, and designs requiring white ink are not suitable—the laser burns dark marks into the material rather than applying ink or color.
Kota Pro is heat-activated and stays non-sticky until pressed. This gives you time to position your patch exactly where you want it. Once you apply heat, it forms a permanent, durable bond—ideal for items like jackets, hats, and bags that experience regular stress and movement.
These patches adhere best to fabric surfaces like cotton, nylon, and woven blends commonly found in apparel and gear. The heat-activated adhesive works on any surface that tolerates brief heat application. Test on a small area first if applying to sensitive or delicate fabrics.
