Leatherette is a high-quality synthetic material that mimics the look and feel of genuine leather. It's water-resistant, easy to clean, and more affordable than real leather while providing excellent durability for daily-use applications like uniforms and hats.
This patch features an adhesive backing, so you simply peel and stick it to your fabric. The adhesive is designed to hold securely on most apparel materials.
Laser engraving works best with solid designs, bold lines, and two-tone artwork. Avoid full-color photos, gradients, or white ink effects. The laser creates a sharp contrast by engraving into the material surface.
The recommended decoration area is 2.8" × 2.8", allowing a small margin from the 3" diameter edge. This ensures your design stays clearly visible and the patch maintains its finished appearance.
The faux leather material is water-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor workwear and frequent washing. While not fully waterproof, it resists moisture damage and cleans easily with a damp cloth.
This patch is available in Black and Blue, each with a silver tone that complements the leatherette finish.
