You will: Collect an eligible locker order, or know what to do if the ready message or code is missing.

## What you need
- An order marked ready for pickup.
- The ready message sent for that order.
- The locker location and access instructions in that message.

## Wait for the ready message {#ready-first}

Use the message that says your order is ready for pickup. An order confirmation, payment receipt, or estimated ready date does not mean the package is in a locker yet.

Eligible orders can use after-hours lockers once ready. Locker access does not mean staff or production is available at that hour. Follow the location and access instructions for your own order.

1. **Ready** Check that the order is ready for pickup.
2. **Find** Open that order’s ready message and locker details.
3. **Collect** Use its location, locker label, and access instructions.

## Keep the numbers separate {#read-message}

Use the latest ready message for the correct order. Do not reuse a code from an older pickup or another order.

| Detail | What it is for |
| --- | --- |
| Order number | Identifies the purchase when you ask AMS for help. |
| Locker label or number | Identifies the locker named in the ready message. |
| Access code | Used according to that order’s pickup instructions. Keep it private. |
| Tracking number | Used for a carrier shipment. It is not a locker code. |

## Collect the correct package {#collect}

1. **Open the ready message before traveling** Check the order, pickup address, locker details, and any access steps. Keep the message available on your phone.

2. **Follow the location instructions** Use the location in the message. Do not assume every AMS product uses the same pickup area or locker process.

3. **Use the matching locker and access instructions** Match the label to the message, then follow the provided code or entry steps. Do not force a lock or guess another customer’s code.

4. **Check the package label** Match it to your order before leaving. If the package appears wrong or is not there, keep the message and contact AMS.

## The code is missing or does not work {#code-problem}

| What happened | Next step |
| --- | --- |
| No ready message | Check the order status and the email/text messages used for that purchase. Ask AMS if it shows ready but no instructions arrived. |
| Code rejected | Check the latest message, correct order, and locker label. Stop if it still fails. |
| Standing at the pickup location | Open a support ticket with your order number, location, and the problem. Say that you are there. |
| Locker is empty or package is wrong | Keep the ready message and package details. Ask AMS to check the order. |

> **Keep access details private** Use an authorized private support conversation for order-specific access help. Do not post locker codes or private links in reviews, public chats, or screenshots.

## Check before you leave {#finish}

### Pickup check
- [ ] The ready message belongs to this order.
- [ ] I used the location and locker details in that message.
- [ ] The package label matches my order.
- [ ] I kept the order confirmation for checking the contents.

You have collected the package. Check the items before using or distributing them.
