# Share artwork from My Designs

Choose eligible artwork you own, set who can add it, and confirm permission before creating a share.

## Check the artwork and permission first {#section-1}

Share is available on eligible designs you created or uploaded. Sign in to the account that owns the saved design. The server checks the source; saving an image does not make it eligible.

Purchased, Design Library, order, File Fix and received shared artwork cannot be shared through this action. Staff publication to your account is a separate process.

An eligible upload or generated design can be shared before Print Ready. Sharing does not repair or prepare it. Prepared ProFiles keep their prepared-version restrictions. Sharing and adding are free; printing and any order preparation use normal pricing.

> **Keep in mind** Only continue if you have permission to let the recipient use this exact version in eligible AMS orders. No ownership, production-file, editing or publication rights transfer.

## Create the share {#section-2}

1. **Step 1** Open My Designs, find the intended saved version, and choose Share. Opening Share creates nothing.

2. **Step 2** Choose Specific people for access tied to one exact verified email, or Anyone with the link when forwarding is acceptable. An unlisted link is not a private-audience control.

3. **Step 3** For Specific people, enter the recipient’s exact account email. Enter the name you want shown with the design, then confirm that you have permission to share the artwork for these uses.

4. **Step 4** Choose Create invitation or Create link and copy. Wait for confirmation before trying again. Specific invitations appear in AMS; the feature sends no email or text message.

5. **Step 5** If copying fails, select the visible Share link and copy it manually. Keep private links out of public posts, screenshots and support logs.

## Check what you shared {#section-3}

Open Shared designs and choose Shared by me to review the offer and its audience. A recipient must explicitly add the design; opening the link or signing in does not add it.

People who add it keep the accepted version for eligible AMS orders if you stop new adds. Review this consequence before creating an offer.
