# Products and printed designs

Add products, put artwork in the right place, arrange the shop, or replace a design.

## What you need
- Access to the right campaign in Campaign Stores.
- Artwork you have permission to print. Keep a copy of the original file.

## Add a product and its artwork {#add-and-place}

1. **Open Products** From your campaign menu, open Products to reach Products & Designs. Use the product panel to add an available item.

2. **Select the product, then click a design** Click the design under Your designs or drag it onto the product. Check Front and Back and the print dimensions. Use the position and size controls to adjust the placement.

3. **Check each color and generate mockups** Only offer colors where the design looks right. Generate mockups and wait for the previews to finish. Check each product before launching.

> **Successful result** The preview shows the correct design, side, size, and color for the product you selected.

## Arrange or hide products {#arrange-products}

1. **Open Products shoppers see or Arrange products** Products shoppers see is the dashboard shortcut. Arrange products is the name in the side menu.

2. **Move or hide a listing** Drag it, or use Top, Up, Down, and Bottom. Choose Hide to keep the setup but remove the listing from the shop. Use Undo if you made a mistake.

3. **Choose Publish changes** The saved listing order and visibility become public when published. Open the live shop and check the result.

## Choose homepage highlights {#homepage-highlights}

1. **Open Arrange products** Choose Add to home beside the products you want on the homepage. The star shows your selection.

2. **Check the selection, then publish** Review the selected products. Choose Publish changes and check the live homepage.

> **Hiding is different from deleting** Hide keeps the product setup. Remove deletes the product from this campaign. Use Hide when you might want the item back.

## Replace a design file {#replace-design}

1. **Open Designs on products from the dashboard** This opens the Designs step. Find the design and choose Replace design file.

2. **Read which products are affected** One replacement can update more than one product. Choose your replacement file and wait for the previews to regenerate.

3. **Check every affected product** Confirm the new artwork, print dimensions, placement, colors, and prices. If a preview fails, retry the affected item. Contact AMS if it still fails.

> **Use extra care on a live store** Artwork and product edits can affect the live store as they save. They are not all held in a private page draft. To remove an item from sale first, hide its listing, publish that visibility change, and confirm it is hidden before editing. Ask AMS about orders already placed; do not assume a replacement changes them.

Designs: upload the picture you want printed on a product. Your designs should show the uploaded file.

## Optional: let shoppers choose artwork first {#shop-by-design}

Customer Designs lets you choose which designs, products, and colors shoppers can combine. Place the design on the product before enabling that combination.
